# ThermoFluid Studio Refund and Cancellation Policy

## Cancellation

ThermoFluid Studio is a month-to-month subscription at $9.99/month. You can cancel
at any time through the customer portal, without contacting us. Cancellation
stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the billing
period you already paid for; after that, the Software enters read-only mode.

## Refunds

- **Cooling-off / first-purchase refund.** If ThermoFluid Studio does not work for
  you, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within
  14 days of that charge, by contacting
  support@thermofluidstudio.com or using the merchant portal.
- **Renewals.** Because you can cancel any time before a renewal, renewal
  charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you
  were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us and we will
  review it in good faith.
- **How refunds are issued.** Refunds are processed by our merchant of
  record, Lemon Squeezy (e.g. Lemon Squeezy), back to your original payment
  method. Applicable taxes are handled by the merchant of record.

## Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection
rights you have under the law of your country or state. Where local law
grants you a stronger right (for example, an EU/UK right of withdrawal),
that right applies.
